The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) is a not-for-profit organization. We exist to provide a national forum where African American human resources practitioners, and those who are aligned with our goals can share, gain information and provide leadership on issues affecting our individual careers and the global workforce. We endeavor to increase the presence and leadership ability in minority talent at all levels, across all industries, both nationally and globally. We facilite conferences, symposiums, seminars, regional events, and career fairs and we build strategic alliances.
